Masterclass: Artificial intelligence and deep learning in basic research and clinical practice in Oncology

In this 3-day masterclass, you will have the opportunity to familiarize yourself with the algorithms behind artificial intelligence and deep learning (AI/DL), to understand the basics for the need of GPUs to run such projects, and get inspiration for your own projects from existing applications in clinical practice and in research.

People who have followed the general overview session of day 1 and are interested in learning more and/or collaborations, we would like to invite to more to in-depth sessions on day 2 and/or day 3 of this Masterclass in which you can pitch your ideas, start collaboration and receive hands-on explanations.
Day 2, In depth session 1: PITCHES
On day 2, attendees that have followed the webinar series on Day 1 will have the opportunity to present their idea to all participants in 5-minute pitches. We will discuss these possible projects that you want to perform and how these can be accommodated in the infrastructure, and/or form collaborative links. More detailed instructions will be given at the end of day 1.

On day 3, we will familiarize you with the procedure for submitting jobs in every cluster, discuss future common login, and get you started.
